Breathwork
Breathing is our connection to the source of life. Our breathing pattern directly affects our emotional, vibrational, neurological and chemical state of being.
The Breathwave style of conscious connected breathing has the power to uncover and unleash the body’s natural wisdom and activate our super powers by clearing the subconscious mind of old programs and relaxing your nervous system.
This breath style is fluid, relaxed and easy to learn.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing used as a gentle practice to heal ourselves and others. It enhances our connection with Spirit and aids in our spiritual development. Reiki is classified as a biofield therapy used to effectively assist with many physical and mental illnesses.
Reiki transcends time and space and is effective across any distance.
I offer Reiki, Shamanic Reiki and Animal Reiki.

“I discovered Christy's work through my therapist. I had no prior experience with Akashic records readings, indeed had to look up what they were and had difficulty wrapping my head around the concept but went into our session with an open mind. After starting with a meditation and short prayer to open the records, Christy connected with my higher self, describing what she was seeing and hearing. I had prepared some questions, and she gave me several opportunities to ask them to my higher self, whose answers she relayed back to me.
Christy and I had never met, yet she was able to pinpoint many of the issues I have been struggling with (over-thinking, struggling to root myself, constant distraction from my true path) and was so efficient I worried I would run out of questions before our session ended. She checked in with me often, asking if what she was saying made sense to me. Every word she said, or passed on to me, resonated strongly with my lived experience. One particularly powerful moment was when my higher self, through Christy, identified with frankly alarming specificity a past transgression for which I have had trouble forgiving myself. Throughout the conversation Christy was encouraging and yet kept herself appropriately removed, acting as a conduit and allowing the conversation to be between me and my higher self. By the end, I was sobbing from the emotional force of hearing these messages.
I came to the session in a state of depression that had lasted a few months. After the session it was like my depression had lifted, and I felt a new excitement for life. My higher self said that I was on the right path exactly where I needed to be and just needed to practice better self-love and forgiveness. The next morning I felt happier, more grounded, and more at peace than I have felt in the last 6 months. I have waited in the week since for the depression to creep its way back into my consciousness but I'm happy to say the change in my emotional state has lasted. This half hour with Christy was the most transformational half hour in my entire journey of self-work. It is not an exaggeration to say she changed my life (not to mention broadened my view of existence in this reality)!
I recommend anyone who is seriously interested in improving their relationship with themselves make an appointment. I wish I had discovered this miraculous process sooner, but am enormously grateful and still just in complete awe.”
